Return and exchange policy
Return period
Clothing is subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you can return your order without giving a reason.
Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, dietary supplements cannot be exchanged or returned once the packaging has been opened. Unopened supplements can only be returned in exceptional cases and after prior consultation.
Conditions for returns (clothing only)
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- Returns received after the 14-day period has expired cannot be accepted.
Partial refunds
In the following cases, only a partial refund can be given:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not returned in their original condition (damaged or with missing parts that are not attributable to our error)
Return process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved, the payment will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds
- Please check your bank account again first.
- If necessary, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- If you have not received a refund despite taking all these steps, please contact us using the contact form on our website. We usually respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if the item is defective or damaged. In this case, please send us a message using the contact form. We will find a quick solution.
Returns & shipping costs
Please contact us by email before returning an item to receive detailed instructions.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for an exchanged product to arrive.
