Mein Problem war immer das Aufwachen gegen 1 Uhr. Das Dextrin scheint den Blutzucker echt stabil zu halten. Ich schlafe meistens jetzt bis zum Wecker durch. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich den Preis recht hoch finde, aber die Wirkung überzeugt.
